Shipping
Connectors, ties and enclosures are small, dense and easy to lose count of. Solivar Mercantile packs and dispatches every order itself from Jaipur, and this page gives the real handling, transit and cost figures.
Cut-off and handling
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day start handling the same day. Handling is 2 business days, Monday to Saturday. That window goes on counting: a 90-piece connector assortment is counted against the order, and the printed current and voltage rating on the part is checked against the listing before it is sealed.
How an electrical order is packed
Assortment kits stay in their divided case, taped shut, so the sizes do not mix in transit — an unsorted box of connectors is nearly useless on a job. Enclosures and outlet boxes travel boxed with fill so the gasket face is not crushed. Small parts are bagged by size rather than tipped loose into the carton.
Delivery times
- Metro and large-city PIN codes: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 6–9 business days after dispatch.
- Transit overall: 3–9 business days depending on distance.
- Order to doorstep: 4–11 business days including handling.
Parcels move through Blue Dart / XpressBees. Hill and island PIN codes can add a day or two on the final leg.
What shipping costs
Free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. Below that a flat ₹59 on the whole order — not per kit and never per kilo, on the cart page before you pay.
Cash on Delivery and UPI
Pay by UPI in advance or take Cash on Delivery. COD covers most serviceable PIN codes; some remote routes and unusually high-value orders are prepaid-only, and checkout tells you which applies before you confirm.
Tracking
Tracking goes out by email and SMS at dispatch. A quiet day usually means a hub transfer. If nothing moves for more than 48 hours, email support@solivarmercantile.shop with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Count and check the rating on arrival
Record a short unboxing video and count the kit against the invoice before anything goes into a toolbox. A short count, a crushed enclosure or a part whose printed rating does not match the listing is settled on that clip within 48 hours of delivery, at our cost, under the Refund and Returns Policy.
What we do not supply
We sell components and accessories. We do not sell mains cable by the metre, we do not install anything, and nothing here is a design service. Fitting is work for a licensed electrician.
Where we ship
India only. Solivar Mercantile is an online-only shop working out of Jaipur, Rajasthan, with no trade counter and no collection in person.
