Get in touch

Ask which connector takes your conductor, what an IP rating covers, where a parcel has reached, or how to raise a short-count claim. Solivar Mercantile is an online-only shop, so email reaches a person who can open your order fastest — the phone is answered during working hours too.

Send us a message

Fill this in and we reply to the same address, usually within one working day. If it concerns an order, put the order number in the message so we have it open before we answer.

What to include, so one reply is enough

    • Choosing a connector: the conductor cross-section in square millimetres, solid or stranded, and how many conductors into the joint.
    • Choosing an enclosure: where it lives — indoors, outdoors, buried — and the cable entries you need. That decides the IP rating and the gland size.
    • About an order: the order number, and the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
    • Short count or damage: the unboxing video with the kit counted against the invoice, within 48 hours of delivery. On that clip we replace or refund at our cost.

    What we cannot help with

We do not design installations, advise on compliance with the wiring rules, test or certify components, or recommend electricians. Fitting is work for a licensed electrician, and we would rather say that plainly than give advice that is not ours to give.

    Response times

Messages arriving in working hours are usually answered the same day and always within one working day. Anything sent on a Sunday or public holiday is picked up the next working morning. Orders are packed in 2 business days and shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
